Routeways is Trading name of The Ravensthorpe Community Centre Limited which aims to provide a modern, well equipped state of the art community facility that will; Act as a focal point for a range of community based activities and projects. Its multi-purpose design is ideal for sporting and leisure time activities, training, conferences and exhibitions, office accommodation, projects for women, young people and people with physical disabilities. The community centre is well used by local community groups, voluntary organisations, training providers and Local Authority agencies.
Alleviate the acute problems within the community of Kirklees and suburbs such as high unemployment, social deprivation, low educational attainment, low participation in community activities, greater involvement in community activities for women, particularly from the BME community, and the disabled.
